Comcast = sucks more often nowadays
Ok, Comcast failed me again today, and I am starting to smell something fishy about it.
At around 11am Comcast cable TV (and subsequentially, the cable internet) “disappeared” on me. No signal at all, just like being switched off. And it has been more than 5 hours now, still nothing. I called around 12pm and get an automatic message saying the network in my area is experiencing technical difficulty, their technicians is working on it…
The funny thing is, the exact same thing happens 2 times last month, the previous time I can remember was on June 19 (still on my cell phone call log… hmm, yeah I don’t call much nowadays) and it looks like it will be taking about the same amount of time to fix it this time… it was fixed around 7:30pm last outage.
What is the possibility for this to happen though? All 3 occurrence happened when I decided to work from home, and all 3 occurrence happened around noon, and didn’t get fixed until hours later… coincident? I think NOT!
One more time, Comcast, I will fire you.
